4. Services and Pricing
The names and prices of the services we provide are listed on our Services page.
All displayed prices include consumption tax (10%). For custom instrument builds or complex restorations, a detailed quote will be provided following an initial diagnostic assessment and will be finalized only upon the client's written agreement.
5. Payment Terms
Payment Methods: Cash or bank transfer.
Payment Timing: In principle, full payment is required upon the return of the instrument. For custom builds, a deposit may be requested before work commences. For B2B (corporate) transactions, a payment term of 30 days may be established based on a separate agreement.
6. Delivery and Timeline
The standard turnaround for maintenance services is typically between 7 and 14 days. However, this may vary depending on the availability of parts and the current workshop workload. The specific delivery date will be notified individually after the initial diagnostic.
If shipping is requested, the client shall bear all associated delivery costs.
7. Returns and Cancellations
Due to the nature of technical craftsmanship and bespoke manufacturing, we generally do not accept returns or refunds once the work has been completed. However, if a technical defect in the workmanship is identified, we will perform a free readjustment in accordance with the warranty provisions in our Terms of Service.
Cancellations made before the start of work are accepted, provided that the client reimburses any actual costs incurred (e.g., specifically ordered parts).
8. Infrastructure and Jurisdiction
